Jewelry Care

  • Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, exercising or swimming

  • Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray, or chemicals on or around your jewelry 

  • Apply moisturizer and sunscreen before you put your jewelry on

  • Brass and copper jewelry will develop a tarnish over time. I include a small polishing pad with brass and copper pieces. Rub gently to remove tarnish and polish your jewelry. Do not use on silver-plated items. To help retard tarnish, store inside an airtight bag.


Repairs

I want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible and will do all I can to make that happen! Accidents happen—jewelry can get caught or pulled sometimes. If this happens, please email me. I can walk you through an easy fix, or, if a bigger repair is needed, I’ll have you ship it to me and I will return your piece like new as quickly as possible. You’re always welcome to bring your jewelry to events I’ll be at, and I’ll happily do any repairs, cleaning, and polishing!

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance (shipping options and delivery times detailed below). Estimated shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and process regular orders, and 7-10 days for made to order items.

International: $30.35
USPS Priority Mail International: (6-10 business days, tracking, insurance, additional taxes and duties may apply, do not offer expedited international shipping at this time)


Returns & Exchanges

I do accept returns and exchanges! Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a piece of jewelry is found defective when you receive it, I will happily recreate your piece and send it as quickly as possible. Contact us for return instructions.
